Pricing depends on acreage where applicable, distance, access, terrain, target species, safety, livestock, neighboring properties, and the kind of service requested. Accepted quotes are confirmed before work is scheduled.

Iron Raven is currently offering introductory starting rates while we continue expanding local operations and building long-term relationships with Florida property owners. Prices shown are starting points and may be updated as services, equipment, operating costs, and coverage expand. Any customer quote is confirmed before work is scheduled.
Limited-time property review
$150 qualifying property review.
Iron Raven is reviewing a limited number of qualifying larger properties for an introductory four-hour property review. The four hours are time on property. The visit can include activity review, likely travel areas, camera-placement notes, access and safety observations, and a follow-up quote if additional work is recommended.
This limited-time rate is not automatic. Property fit, distance, acreage, access, safety, target activity, and recording permission are reviewed before scheduling. Farther properties may require a travel fee, and some properties may be offered a separate $170 sale rate instead.
What this is best for
- Farms, stables, ranches, vacant land, and rural acreage.
- Properties with recurring hog, coyote, armadillo, or unknown wildlife activity.
- Owners or authorized representatives who can provide access notes, boundaries, and photos when available.
- Sites where Iron Raven may record approved service footage while respecting private details.
Applying does not guarantee acceptance, scheduling, or the discounted rate. A $100 minimum non-refundable deposit is required if accepted. Standard animal fees, add-ons, extended time, travel fees when applicable, and any remaining balance are settled after service.

Acreage ranges are general recommendations to help choose a service level, not strict eligibility limits. The appropriate plan depends on the amount of property being actively managed, wildlife pressure, terrain, access, visit frequency, and service needs.
Monthly field plans include hogs and coyotes as standard target animals when the property, method, legal requirements, and situation are a fit. Armadillo work and other case-by-case wildlife can be quoted separately or added when appropriate.

Wildlife monitoring
Two-camera starting setup for activity surveys and monthly monitoring.
7-Day Wildlife Activity Survey
Introductory - Starting at $175Two-camera starting setup, approximately seven days deployed, activity review, retrieval, and basic findings.
Monthly Wildlife Monitoring
$125 setup + $100/monthOne-time two-camera setup and managed camera monitoring. Camera activity is reviewed periodically, not continuously.
Scheduled Equipment Check
$50/visitOptional or scheduled physical camera check. Additional cameras, unusual access, and unusual travel are quoted separately.
Typical first month for monthly monitoring is $225 without a physical equipment check, or $275 if one equipment check is scheduled. Typical ongoing monitoring is $100/month without a check, or $150/month with one scheduled check.
Add-ons and policies
Extra time, animal fees, travel, and standard field-service handling.
When hogs and coyotes are both authorized for the same accepted visit, the base visit is not automatically doubled just because both are target animals. Animal/result fees, first-animal terms, additional authorized animals, and any customer-set maximum are confirmed in the quote or service authorization.
After-service animal/result fees
A one-time field visit includes one successful animal total when service is successful and the animal is within the approved scope. Additional authorized animals: Wild Hog +$25, Coyote +$50, Armadillo +$20.
Mixed hog and coyote jobs
Hogs and coyotes can be targeted during the same accepted visit when the property, method, and requirements are a fit. The included animal applies once total, not once per species.
Extra field time
Extra time arranged before the visit is $40/hour. Extra time added during the visit is $50/hour. Customer-purchased extensions are normally limited to 2 extra hours unless Iron Raven approves more.
Extended-distance travel
Local travel is included for many standard jobs. Extended-distance properties may have a travel charge confirmed before booking.
Standard field-service carcass handling
Standard large-animal carcass handling remains on the serviced property at an owner-approved location unless another arrangement is made in advance and quoted separately.
Limited residential wildlife requests
Residential trapping is request based.
Residential trapping is currently being reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Pricing is provided after the animal, property, travel, trap or check requirements, and service needs are reviewed.
Quote after review
Submitting a residential request does not confirm acceptance or scheduling. Wildlife sightings alone may not require trapping.
Residential Review DetailsDeposit policy
Deposits reserve the service slot.
A $100 minimum deposit is required after an accepted job is ready to schedule. Deposits are typically 50% of the base service price before animal/result fees when applicable, apply toward the final bill, and are non-refundable unless Iron Raven states otherwise in writing.
Same-night availability
Iron Raven does not offer emergency service at this time. Same-night service may be considered only when the customer contacts Iron Raven early enough in advance, scheduling allows, and the property can be reviewed safely.
Commercial pricing
Day-rate patrols and retainers.
Commercial work is quoted around scope, access, safety, site size, schedule, and target activity. Larger or multi-site jobs may be reviewed outside the normal service area.
