Safety and limits

Clear boundaries protect the customer, the property, and the service.

Iron Raven only operates where service can be performed safely, legally, and with proper approval.

Owner approval required

Permission must be clear.

The customer must be the property owner or an authorized representative with permission to request wildlife service.

Alligators not handled

Use the proper Florida program.

Iron Raven does not handle alligators. For nuisance alligator concerns in Florida, contact FWC's Statewide Nuisance Alligator Program at 866-FWC-GATOR / 866-392-4286.

Carcass policy

On-property only.

Carcass handling is completed only in an owner-approved on-property location. Iron Raven does not offer off-site carcass transport.

Property requirements

Service depends on the real layout of the land.

A property may be declined if safe operation is not possible or if the legal authority to perform work is unclear.

  • Minimum 5 acres required, with 10+ acres preferred.
  • Property boundaries, access points, gates, roads, and target areas must be explained.
  • Nearby homes, roads, workers, barns, livestock, neighboring properties, ponds, and public areas must be disclosed.
  • Owner rules, access restrictions, and livestock schedules must be discussed before service.
  • A daylight walkthrough may be required before field service.

Standard limits

Protected species

Some wildlife requires other authorities or specialists.

Iron Raven does not advertise protected species, alligator, or bat-in-structure work as standard service. Those situations may require the proper agency, permit path, or specialized provider.
