Alligators not handled
Use the proper Florida program.

Carcass policy
On-property only.
Carcass handling is completed only in an owner-approved on-property location. Iron Raven does not offer off-site carcass transport.
Property requirements
Service depends on the real layout of the land.
A property may be declined if safe operation is not possible or if the legal authority to perform work is unclear.
- Minimum 5 acres required, with 10+ acres preferred.
- Property boundaries, access points, gates, roads, and target areas must be explained.
- Nearby homes, roads, workers, barns, livestock, neighboring properties, ponds, and public areas must be disclosed.
- Owner rules, access restrictions, and livestock schedules must be discussed before service.
- A daylight walkthrough may be required before field service.
Standard limits
Protected species
Some wildlife requires other authorities or specialists.
Iron Raven does not advertise protected species, alligator, or bat-in-structure work as standard service. Those situations may require the proper agency, permit path, or specialized provider.
