Owner approval required

Permission must be clear.

The customer must be the property owner or an authorized representative with permission to request wildlife service.

Alligators not handled

Use the proper Florida program.

Iron Raven does not handle alligators. For nuisance alligator concerns in Florida, contact FWC's Statewide Nuisance Alligator Program at 866-FWC-GATOR / 866-392-4286.

Standard field-service carcass handling

On-property only.

Carcass handling for standard field work is completed only in an owner-approved on-property location. Off-site carcass transport or disposal is not standard service and must be arranged before the job if available, with separate quoted fees.

Field property requirements

Standard rural field service depends on the real layout of the land.

A property may be declined if safe operation is not possible or if the legal authority to perform work is unclear.

Firearm-based field work uses a 5-acre company minimum, with 10+ acres preferred.
Property boundaries, access points, gates, roads, and target areas must be explained.
Nearby homes, roads, workers, barns, livestock, neighboring properties, ponds, and public areas must be disclosed.
Owner rules, access restrictions, and livestock schedules must be discussed before service.
A property walk or on-site review may happen as part of the scheduled visit when access, safety, or layout needs to be confirmed.

Standard limits

Limited residential requests

Smaller properties are reviewed separately.

Limited residential requests are primarily reviewed in Odessa and nearby areas. Smaller properties may be reviewed when the animal, nuisance behavior, property layout, access, neighboring properties, method, and scheduling are a fit.

Outdoor nuisance situations only as accepted.
No fixed acreage minimum for local residential review or trapping, but property fit and access still matter.
Owner or authorized representative approval is required.
Access, neighboring properties, pets, children, roads, and structures still matter.
Iron Raven can decline a property, species, or service request.

Residential terms are reviewed first

Accepted residential trapping requests are handled according to the animal involved, site conditions, applicable requirements, and the terms discussed before service begins.

Residential Review Details

Protected species

Some wildlife requires other authorities or specialists.

Iron Raven does not advertise protected species, alligator, or bat-in-structure work as standard service. Those situations may require the proper agency, permit path, or specialized provider.
