These terms summarize how Iron Raven reviews work, collects deposits, handles payments, evaluates referral rewards, and confirms field-service scope.

Service limits
Every job depends on property fit and safe legal conditions.
Submitting a form does not guarantee service. Iron Raven may decline a property or request if acreage, access, boundaries, nearby homes, roads, workers, livestock, target species, legal authority, weather, terrain, or other conditions make the work unsafe, unsuitable, or unavailable.
Wildlife activity is unpredictable. Iron Raven does not guarantee sightings, removal, results, agricultural classification, greenbelt approval, tax outcomes, property appraiser decisions, or future wildlife behavior.
Deposits
A $100 minimum deposit is required after an accepted job is ready to schedule. Deposits are typically 50% of the base service price before animal/result fees when applicable, apply toward the final bill, and are non-refundable unless Iron Raven states otherwise in writing for a specific situation.
Final billing
Customers may pay the remaining balance, add-ons, animal/result fees, travel charges, or approved extras after service is completed. Payment instructions are provided with the approved quote, PayPal invoice, Zelle request, or other written payment request.
Scope changes
Different animals, extra visits, extended hours, larger acreage, farther travel, commercial needs, content-rate requirements, added documentation, or extra handling arrangements can change the final amount if they are not included in the original scope.
Field-service handling
Standard carcass handling is on-property only.
For standard rural field service, carcass handling is completed only on the same property in a location approved by the property owner or authorized representative. Off-site carcass removal, transport, or disposal is not part of standard field service unless specifically agreed before the job and quoted separately.
Residential captured-animal handling is a separate process and may depend on the animal, location, legal conditions, equipment, and written scope.
Quote structure
Formal quotes should show the deposit due, remaining base balance, applicable animal/result fees, customer-authorized animal maximums, additional-hour rates, travel or add-ons where relevant, and what is not included.
Extra time arranged before the visit is billed at $40/hour when accepted. Extra time added during the visit is billed at $50/hour when accepted. Customer-purchased extensions are normally limited to 2 extra hours unless Iron Raven approves more.
Not included by default
- Customer face, full name, or exact address
- Gate codes, IDs, license plates, or private access details
- Interior-home footage, children, neighbors, or private family details
- Identifying property details unless separately approved
Content and privacy
Approved content does not mean publishing private details.
When a customer gives signed or written permission for service content, Iron Raven may use non-identifying property photos or video, wildlife sign or damage, tracks, approved trail-camera imagery, equipment or setup footage, field work, and general educational or website/social content.
Iron Raven will not intentionally publish the customer's exact address or private identifying property information without separate permission.
Referral reward rules
- Referral rewards apply only to eligible referred jobs that are completed and paid in full.
- No reward is paid from the deposit alone.
- Duplicate referrals may be credited to the first valid referrer Iron Raven can verify.
- Rewards do not apply to canceled jobs, refunds, taxes, card processing fees, travel surcharges, special equipment costs, pass-through expenses, unsafe or declined jobs, or legally unavailable work.
- Public promotion for a reward should disclose the referral relationship.
Referral program
Anyone can refer a real property lead, but the job must qualify.
Landowners, neighbors, realtors, property managers, feed stores, rural businesses, fence crews, friends, and other referral partners can submit leads. Warm referrals with permission to contact are best.
Referral payouts may be handled through PayPal or Zelle after the job qualifies. Iron Raven may deny a reward when the referral is not real, not authorized, unsafe, duplicative, spammy, illegal, or outside the business fit.
Website use
Use the forms honestly and do not submit unsafe instructions.
Do not submit false reports, someone else's private information without a proper reason, exact public location details you do not want shared, unlawful requests, harassment, spam, malicious files, or anything intended to interfere with the website or business systems.
