These terms summarize how Iron Raven reviews work, collects deposits, handles payments, and evaluates referral rewards.
Service limits
Every job depends on property fit and safe legal conditions.
Submitting a form does not guarantee service. Iron Raven may decline a property or request if acreage, access, boundaries, nearby homes, roads, workers, livestock, target species, legal authority, weather, terrain, or other conditions make the work unsafe, unsuitable, or unavailable.
Wildlife activity is unpredictable. Iron Raven does not guarantee sightings, removal, results, agricultural classification, greenbelt approval, tax outcomes, property appraiser decisions, or future wildlife behavior.
Deposits
Deposits are required to schedule service. Deposits apply toward the final bill and are non-refundable unless Iron Raven states otherwise in writing for a specific situation.
Final billing
Customers may pay the remaining balance, add-ons, animal/result fees, travel surcharges, or approved extras after service is completed. PayPal invoices and Zelle may be used when appropriate.
Scope changes
Different animals, extra visits, extended hours, larger acreage, farther travel, commercial needs, or added documentation can change the final amount if they are not included in the original scope.
Referral reward rules
- Referral rewards apply only to eligible referred jobs that are completed and paid in full.
- No reward is paid from the deposit alone.
- Duplicate referrals may be credited to the first valid referrer Iron Raven can verify.
- Rewards do not apply to canceled jobs, refunds, taxes, card processing fees, travel surcharges, special equipment costs, pass-through expenses, unsafe or declined jobs, or legally unavailable work.
- Public promotion for a reward should disclose the referral relationship.
Referral program
Anyone can refer a real property lead, but the job must qualify.
Landowners, neighbors, realtors, property managers, feed stores, rural businesses, fence crews, friends, and other referral partners can submit leads. Warm referrals with permission to contact are best.
Referral payouts may be handled through PayPal or Zelle after the job qualifies. Iron Raven may deny a reward when the referral is not real, not authorized, unsafe, duplicative, spammy, illegal, or outside the business fit.
Website use
Use the forms honestly and do not submit unsafe instructions.
Do not submit false reports, someone else's private information without a proper reason, exact public location details you do not want shared, unlawful requests, harassment, spam, malicious files, or anything intended to interfere with the website or business systems.
