If the new customer books, the job is completed, and the eligible service fee is paid in full, the referral reward is 10% of the collected eligible service fee.

The customer books
A $100 minimum deposit is required after accepted work is ready to schedule. Deposits apply toward the final bill and are non-refundable unless Iron Raven states otherwise in writing.
You get paid after completion
Referral rewards are paid after the job is complete and Iron Raven is paid in full on eligible collected service fees.
Strong referral signs
Send it if they have:
- 5+ usable acres or a larger rural/commercial property.
- Wild hog rooting, tracks, damaged pastures, or fence-line damage.
- Coyote pressure near livestock, poultry, pets, or property edges.
- Armadillo digging, burrows, holes, or repeated lawn and pasture damage.
- Trail-camera activity or unknown animal signs worth reviewing.
Clear boundaries
The reward is real, but it has to be tied to a real completed job.
Referral rewards are not paid at the deposit stage. Rewards are calculated after the referred job is completed and paid in full, based on collected eligible service fees.
Rewards do not apply to canceled jobs, refunds, taxes, card processing fees, special equipment costs, travel surcharges, pass-through expenses, unsafe or declined jobs, or legally unavailable work.
- First valid referral has priority when multiple people refer the same job.
- The referred customer must book service and pay in full.
- Public promotion for a reward should disclose the referral relationship.
- Iron Raven can decline referral rewards for unsafe, unsuitable, or legally unavailable work.
Simple version: send real leads for real acreage wildlife problems. If the job closes and clears, the referral can pay. If the job is unsafe, illegal, canceled, refunded, or not a fit, there is no payout.
