Simple, clean, and based on collected eligible service fees.
Referral rewards are not paid at the deposit stage. Rewards are calculated after the referred job is completed and paid in full, based on collected eligible service fees. Rewards do not apply to canceled jobs, refunds, taxes, card processing fees, carcass handling fees unless explicitly included, special equipment costs, travel surcharges, pass-through expenses, unsafe or declined jobs, or legally unavailable work.
- First valid referral has priority when multiple people refer the same job.
- The referred customer must book service and pay in full.
- Public promotion for a reward should disclose the referral relationship.
- Iron Raven can decline referral rewards for unsafe, unsuitable, or legally unavailable work.
