Limited availability - request based

Limited residential wildlife help near Odessa.

Iron Raven primarily serves rural land, acreage, farms, commercial properties, and larger wildlife-management sites. Limited residential nuisance-wildlife requests are also being reviewed in the Odessa area and nearby communities when trapping or monitoring appears to be a practical fit.

Residential requests

There needs to be an actual nuisance problem.

Seeing wildlife on a property does not automatically mean trapping is necessary. Iron Raven reviews what the animal is actually doing, whether damage or a recurring conflict is occurring, and whether trapping or monitoring is appropriate for the specific situation.

  • Repeated property damage
  • Digging or burrowing around structures
  • Repeated damage to landscaping, irrigation, gardens, feed, or chicken areas
  • Wildlife living underneath a deck, shed, porch, or similar outdoor area
  • An identifiable property or safety concern

Residential service area

Odessa and nearby areas

Residential requests are primarily reviewed in Odessa and nearby areas. Availability depends on drive time, animal involved, property layout, access, and the type of work required.

Animals reviewed

Select outdoor nuisance wildlife may be reviewed case by case.

Examples may include raccoons, opossums, skunks, armadillos, rabbits, and similar outdoor nuisance wildlife. Listed animals are not guaranteed accepted jobs.

Outdoor activity

Activity under porches, decks, sheds, outbuildings, feed areas, gardens, landscaping, or similar outdoor problem areas.

Unknown animal

If the animal is unclear, Iron Raven may recommend a short trail-camera survey before any trapping or control work is considered.

Not standard scope

Indoor rats or mice, bats in structures, alligators, protected/listed species, and general household pest control are not advertised as standard Iron Raven services.

Request process

Residential requests are reviewed before any scheduling.

1. Send the problem

Provide the animal, location, damage or activity, photos if available, and property address.

2. Iron Raven reviews it

Review whether the situation appears to involve an actual nuisance animal and whether the location and species are a fit.

3. Monitoring may be recommended

If the animal is unknown or the activity is unclear, a short trail-camera survey may be recommended first.

4. Quote and approval

If Iron Raven accepts the request, the proposed work and price are explained before scheduling.

5. Service

Only approved requests move forward, and accepted requests are handled according to the animal, site conditions, applicable requirements, and terms discussed before service begins.

Request-based pricing

Because residential requests vary by animal, location, trap requirements, follow-up needs, and travel, pricing is provided after review.

Important limits

Limited, local, and not emergency service.

Residential work is request based, subject to species review, subject to property access and scheduling, and not guaranteed to be accepted. Owner or authorized-representative approval is required.

Iron Raven does not publish a large Tampa Bay residential trapping radius at this time.
