The map is a guide, not a guarantee of availability. Visitor reports are held for review before public display. Exact locations and uploaded images should only be shown publicly after approval.

Readable service-area summary

Primary rural and commercial counties: Hillsborough and Pasco are the main starting areas for larger rural properties, commercial work, farms, stables, ranches, vacant land, and monitoring requests.

Reviewed by quote or availability: Citrus, Sumter, Manatee, Hardee, Osceola, Orange, and other nearby Florida counties may be considered when the property, distance, access, safety, and service type make sense.

Priority communities: Odessa, Lutz, Land O' Lakes, Wesley Chapel, North Tampa, Dade City, Plant City, and Brooksville are reviewed first when the property and service type are a fit.

Limited residential: Local outdoor residential requests are mainly reviewed near Odessa and nearby areas. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance or scheduling.

Wildlife monitoring: Odessa and nearby areas are preferred for small-property camera monitoring. Larger rural-property monitoring may be quoted farther away when practical.

Public sightings: Approved public reports may appear as approximate pins. New visitor reports remain pending until reviewed, and exact details should stay private unless approved for public display.

Availability by service type

Different service paths have different coverage.

Rural / Commercial: Broader Tampa Bay and surrounding-county work may be reviewed by distance, safety, access, and property fit.

Residential: Limited Odessa and nearby-area requests are reviewed manually and are not guaranteed accepted.

Monitoring: Small-property monitoring is local-first; larger rural-property monitoring may be quoted farther away when practical.
