# Iron Raven Wildlife Services ## Planned animal ambassador program Iron Raven is preparing an educational animal ambassador program. Planned profiles currently include a Virginia opossum, striped skunk, and raccoon. These animals are not yet in Iron Raven's care. The profiles contain species-level information and will receive verified individual details only after a suitable animal legally joins the program. Monthly symbolic sponsorship lets a customer select the planned animal they want to follow and then select a tier. Payments support the overall animal-care and education program. Arrival is not guaranteed, sponsorship does not confer ownership, and individual-animal benefits begin only after arrival. Members receive more detailed, tier-appropriate updates through their private sponsor account. - https://ironravenfl.com/animals.html - https://ironravenfl.com/animal-sponsorship.html - https://ironravenfl.com/animals/planned-virginia-opossum - https://ironravenfl.com/animals/planned-striped-skunk - https://ironravenfl.com/animals/planned-raccoon Iron Raven Wildlife Services is a small Florida wildlife-management company based near Odessa, Florida. The public brand is Iron Raven Wildlife Services. The legal business name is Iron Raven Wildlife Services LLC and is used for formal, legal, invoice, contract, Terms, and business-verification contexts. The company prioritizes wildlife management for acreage, farms, ranches, stables, vacant land, commercial properties, utility corridors, construction sites, property managers, HOA/CDD common areas when practical, and larger rural properties. Odessa, Lutz, Land O' Lakes, Wesley Chapel, North Tampa, Dade City, Plant City, and Brooksville are priority areas when the property and service type are a fit. Hillsborough County and Pasco County are the main counties, with surrounding Florida counties reviewed by quote for larger or worthwhile jobs. Primary services include wild hog management, coyote activity review and management planning, armadillo damage help, trail-camera wildlife monitoring, one-time field visits, monthly field wildlife-management plans, commercial wildlife patrols, wildlife damage documentation, and limited local outdoor residential nuisance-wildlife request review. For HOAs, CDDs, managed communities, property managers, and larger commercial sites, trail-camera monitoring may be used for activity verification, route and timing notes, repeat-damage documentation, and post-control monitoring even when another wildlife or trapping contractor is already involved. Services that are currently reviewed for booking include wild hog management, armadillo damage/control work, trail-camera monitoring, local HOA/CDD work when practical, and limited residential nuisance-wildlife requests. Coyote management is publicly listed as a core service, but active-control booking is confirmed only when the property, chosen method, legal requirements, and safety conditions are a fit. Secondary nuisance wildlife may include raccoons, opossums, skunks, beaver, nutria, rabbits, outdoor rodents, and snake concerns when the property, service type, safety conditions, method, and legal requirements are a fit. Indoor structure pest-control work is not standard Iron Raven service. Firearm-based field work uses a 5-acre company minimum, with 10+ acres preferred. Trail-camera monitoring has no fixed acreage minimum. Local residential review or trapping has no fixed acreage minimum, but property fit, access, species, and method still matter. Pricing is introductory and subject to change. A standard one-time field visit starts at $200. A broader introductory sale visit may start at $170 when the property is a fit. A selective $150 content property review may be available for qualifying larger or useful properties where approved non-identifying photo/video content may be recorded. Monthly field plans start at $350/month. A 7-day two-camera wildlife activity survey starts at $175. Monthly two-camera monitoring starts with a $125 setup plus $100/month. A $100 minimum deposit is required after an accepted job is ready to schedule. Deposits are typically 50% of the base service price before animal/result fees when applicable, apply toward the final bill, and are non-refundable unless Iron Raven states otherwise in writing. One-time field visits include one successful animal total when service is successful and the animal is within the approved scope. If hogs and coyotes are both authorized for the same one-time visit, the included animal applies once total, not once per species. Additional authorized animals may carry species-specific animal/result fees after service. Customers may set a maximum number of animals before service begins. Iron Raven does not guarantee sightings, field results, agricultural classification, greenbelt approval, tax outcomes, legal outcomes, property appraiser decisions, or future wildlife behavior. Iron Raven does not relocate nuisance animals and does not handle alligators or protected species as standard services. Greenbelt and agricultural documentation support is wildlife activity documentation only. Iron Raven can provide property activity notes, photos, monitoring summaries, nuisance wildlife observations, and service notes when documentation support is included in the scope. This may help a landowner keep a clearer record that property conditions are being monitored and maintained, but it is not tax or legal advice and does not guarantee any government or property-appraiser outcome. Standard large-animal carcass handling remains on the serviced property at an owner-approved location unless another arrangement is made in advance and quoted separately. After a customer submits a request, Iron Raven reviews the property and species, follows up for a short phone/text/email consultation when needed, provides a quote and authorization if the job is a fit, collects the required deposit, schedules the visit, and then performs the field visit. Useful request details include property address or nearest road, county, acreage where applicable, property type, suspected animal or activity, damage details, photos or videos if available, trail camera images if available, livestock/pets, gates, access notes, property boundaries, areas Iron Raven may or may not enter, hazards, neighboring homes or roads, and whether the requester is the owner or authorized representative.
